I am a career chemistry professional with a wide range of technological experiences thanks to a background in water treatment, coatings, plastic containers, food additives and pesticides. With each position, I have grown, contributed greatly and aspired to continuously improve myself, my coworkers and workplaces. Since my days as a lab technician while attending college, I have steadily grown my arsenal of analytical and interpersonal skills.
Now at the midpoint of my career, I have garnered an appreciable amount of experience in the quality management systems of ISO 9001 and ISO 17025. With this experience, I have become much more aware of how quality in the laboratory and throughout the company should have a single focal point -- satisfying the customers' needs. A robust product generation, whether in the form of a physical product or a service, that consistently meets the customers' needs is necessary in order to keep revenue strong and reliable. This requires a long-term focus on using human resources, production resources, and the overall corporate culture to generate a great product using a lean manufacturing process (service or physical product) with minimal quality variability. Under my leadership and support, with proper resources and training, scaling up of output has not meant compromising quality. I have been and will continue optimizing my resources whether they are human, analytical, financial or or some other raw materials. Each of these is waiting on my contribution to the team to become an end product that impresses and continues growing an increasingly satisfied customer base.
